What is improved in our RM11502 flywheel?
The stock flywheels of the Suzuki Eiger 400 2002-2007 and Arctic Cat 400 2003-2008 ATVs have recurring problems. Additives in the engine oil dissolve the epoxy used to hold the magnets in place, causing them to loosen and disperse in the engine.

The problem encountered by owners of these ATVs is that no manufacturer wants to guarantee this part on such old vehicles. Faced with this situation, RMSTATOR has redesigned and improved the flywheel of these ATVs. The magnets are now sealed, which prevents them from coming loose. This new configuration fixes the problem for life. We offer a high quality part that permanently eliminates the problem for half the cost of the original part. The RM11502 flywheel is not an economical way to repair your ATV, but an investment when replaced before the original part breaks.

- All electrical components must be fitted by a qualified technician.
- Before fitting electrical components ensure the root cause of the original failure has been addressed.
- The absence of either of points 1 or 2 above, will void any warranty.
Shipping
Products marked as "In Stock" are stored in our different distribution centers. These products will ship within 1-3 business days.
Items are then sent by courier, we use Courierpost & Posthaste which will take 1-3 days to arrive depending on your location and the size of the parcel.
While we will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times. In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible.
Returns
Our returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
